The candy fun was exciting this year! The kids couldn't wait to get out there to trick-or-treat. We left a bowl of candy and our jack-o-lanterns on the porch and off we went to stroll through the neighborhood as a family. It was fun to see our kids having such a great time on a beautiful night - mid-50's for temps, bright stars in the sky and lots of chocolate everywhere. What is not to love about that? We had a great time and had the chance to visit with neighbors as we walked around. The first picture is before we went out, the second one is post-chocolate collecting and Anna's expression cracked me up! It's as if she is saying, "really Mom, another picture when there is candy to eat??!" The kids are getting jammies on and we're going to watch Pooh-Heffalump's Halloween. Ciao, for now, chocolate and popcorn are in my future!
One last comment from Mr. Matteo. He wanted me to make sure and include his school costume - they were allowed to dress-up as a character from their favorite book for school. Matteo chose Puff the Magic Dragon, and actually wore the costume the entire day. Here is Puff enjoying a fun snack at his spider party today!

The kids costumes are too cute. I have to say that Tigger is my favorite though :)
