This past weekend we had a Marathon Victory Dinner party at our house. When we had our fundraising party for TNT back in October, we auctioned off a Victory Dinner/Pasta Night at our house. We cooked for two days -lots of Italian food, decorated a nice trio of long tables to accommodate 17 of us and had a fantastic evening. While the night seemed to fly by so very fast, we truly enjoyed it. It made us realize how we need to do this more often - have friends over for dinner, conversation, and laughter. We had good wine, great conversations, and enjoyed our friends so very much - what a night! We feel so blessed to have such wonderful friends. It was such a treat to cook for adults - no one asked for chicken nuggets or ranch dressing! WOW!
