Matteo & Baseball
As many of you know, Matteo has recently become **obsessed** with baseball. Well, last week he told me that he wanted someone to teach him how to play baseball. I told him that he had his Daddy as t-ball coach, along with two other Dad's and we play in the backyard all the time. He said, 'No Mommy, I want a professional baseball player like Raul Ibanez or Ichiro to teach me'. I explained that professional baseball players are very busy traveling, training, and playing baseball. He then told me he wanted to write a letter to Raul and Ichiro to ask them to teach him how to play on a real baseball field. Here is what the letter said: " To Raul and Ichiro, Would you please teach me to play baseball in a real baseball field? Please teach me when I'm a kid so I can be really good in t-ball so I can make my Dad proud as a professional baseball player and learn alot of things from baseball. From: Matteo Schulz". Yes, our 6 1/2 year old boy has big dreams - his letter was written in pencil on plain paper - so cute I had to make 4 copies before I could mail the original. Matteo told me he got the idea of writing a letter, asking for help, from The Tigger Movie. Yet another reason I love Disney :)

So cute! I can't believe how big they have gotten! I know...such proper language on that one! Good luck Matteo with your baseball training!
Oops...Marissa - Radical Stamper is your cousin, Kim!
Hope you had a great birthday yourself. We'd be interested to hear how you celebrated. Hope you had a great day. RB
